Service Technician - HVAC

Position Summary: To perform repairs on residential and or commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work start and end time: 8:30A - 5:30P Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: Salary based on experience

Qualifications for this position:

  • 5+ years of experience is a plus
  • NATE certified or acquire NATE certification within 6 months of employment
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replacement decisions
  • Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices is a plus
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
  • Must be willing to help with installs, if needed
  • Must be willing to work overtime

Position Summary: To provide heating and air conditioning systems installation according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work start and end time: 7:30A - 4:30P Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Dispatcher/Office Assistant

Dispatcher/Office Assistant

Position Summary: We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management, field personnel and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Work start and end time: 8A - 5P Monday through Friday.

Pay Scale: Salary Based on Experience

Qualifications needed for this position:

  • Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships; welcome and greet clients and office guests
  • Support office staff and executives with general operational tasks; perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
  • Manage communication of information in and out of the office; type out correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); prepare outgoing mail and packages for management
  • Assist in preparation of construction documents
  • Dispatch service and installation calls to service techs and installers and maintain electronic dispatch board
  • Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant and/or dispatcher
  • ESC by DESCO, software experience preferred
  • Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-starter who works well independently and as a team in small office environment
  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
  • Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
